1. Consider a Resolution for Final Approval of the Subdivision and
Land Development Plan for TruMark Financial Credit Union at 23
Nutt Road. Planning Commission recommended approval in their
Action Memo of October 2, 2017 by vote of 6-1.
2. Consider a Resolution for Final Approval of the Subdivision Plan for
309 Griffen Street. Planning Commission recommended approval
in their Action Memo of November 3, 2017 by vote of 5-1.
B. Historical Architectural Review Board – (Dugan)
1. Consider approval of the Sign Request for 201 Bridge Street as
recommended 6-0 by the HARB Action Memo of November 7,
2017.
2. Consider approval of the Sign Request for 230 Bridge Street as
recommended 6-0 by the HARB Action Memo of November 7,
2017.
3. Consider approval of the Addition/Gate Request for 214 Bridge
Street. This was a 3-3 split vote as indicated on the HARB Action

pm to 10:30 pm on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Reeves Park.
Rain Date is Sunday, August 19, 2018. Recommended in
Committee 2-0.
2. Consider TCE for 2017 Burn off The Bird Run on various streets
and Schuylkill River Trail on Saturday, November 25, 2017 from
7:30 am to 1:00 pm. Recommended in Committee 2-0 with the
application being amended to use Fire Police instead of Police
Officers.
3. Consider TCE for Run by the River on the Schuylkill River Trail
from the Foundry to Fillmore Street and back on Saturday, May 19,
2018 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Recommended in Committee 2-0.
B. Policy Committee – (Dalton, Doherty. Soto)
1. Consider scheduling and advertising a Public Hearing to consider
an Ordinance providing for the vacation and abandonment to the
abutting property owners certain portions of Fairview Street, which
was originally laid out as a public street and remains (or portions
thereof remain) unopened as a public street. Recommended in
Committee 3-0.
2. Consider scheduling and advertising a Public Hearing to consider a
proposed Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 15 “Motor Vehicles”.
Recommended in Committee 3-0.
C. Police and Personnel Committee – (Doherty, Kuznar, Ewald)
1. Consider directing the Civil Service Commission start the process
for promotional testing for Corporal. Recommended in Committee
2-0.

1. Consider Storm Drain Art Proposal. Recommended in Committee

E. Finance Committee – (Dugan, Kuznar, Ichter, Kovaleski)
1. Consider approval of the 2017 Pre-Paid dated 9/9/2017 - 10/6/2017
in the amount of $770,801.72. Recommended in Committee 3-0.
2. Consider approval of the 2017 Pre-Paid ACH dated 9/30/2017 in
the amount of $1,950.59. Recommended in Committee 3-0.
3. Consider Budget Increase 2017-011 in the amount of $60,000 from
Water Fund to Water Distribution Capital (Water Main
Replacement) to repair the 16” water main break at Richard’s Lane
Pump Station. Recommended in Committee 3-0.
4. Consider Budget Increase 2017-012 in the amount of $5,000 from
General Fund Recreation Capital Projects (Civic Center
Improvements) to replace the main door which cannot be repaired
and is a hazard. Recommended in Committee 3-0.
5. Consider Budget Transfer 2017-016 in the amount of $1,000 from
Shade Tree (Tree Removal Services) to Shade Tree (Operating
Supplies) for the installation of trees in vacant tree wells on Bridge
Street. Recommended in Committee 3-0.
6. Consider the 2018 Budget as presented. Recommended in
Committee 3-0.
7. Consider scheduling and advertising the 2018 Draft Budget.
8. Consider scheduling and advertising an ordinance for the adoption
of the 2018 Tax Millage.
