This application seeks to amend the location of the proposed two car detached garage that was
previously granted relief in an August 25, 2016 decision.
The parcel ID# of the subject property is 43-00-07300-001. Subject parcel is located at 357 Level Road
Collegeville, and is in the R2 – Residential Zoning District.

A previous decision Z-97-04 granted relief to permit a second wall sign in lieu of a free standing sign.
The new property owner is proposing one wall sign to be located in the same location as the Royal Bank
sign facing Trooper Rd. This application seeks to obtain a variance from Section 143-141.A to allow a
digital monument sign that is 41.667 s.f. instead of the 35 s.f. maximum sign provided in the ordinance.
The parcel ID# of the subject property is 43-00-03538-001. Subject parcel is located at 2603 Egypt Rd,
Audubon, PA 19403, and is in the GC – General Commercial Zoning District
