3. Resume discussions on proposed revisions to the Township Administrative Code (Page 25)
4. Consider establishing a 60-day review period on all Board of Supervisors deliberation on
EMS issues and direct Township Staff to prepare a report outlining short-term and long-term
options for the Board’s consideration in April, including a permanent emergency services
facility within the next 2 years.
5. Consider request from Cellco (Verizon Wireless) to withdraw opposition to their appeal for
zoning relief to construct a cellular communication tower at 248 Rittenhouse Road. (Page 28)
NEW BUSINESS (ACTION/DISCUSSION ITEMS):
6. Consider adoption of Resolution 2018-12 to approve a benefit assessment calculation for each
resident desiring to connect to the Willowbrooke Lane Sanitary Sewer Extension. (Page 30)
7. Consider adoption of Resolution 2018-13 to approve a sewer planning module including a
holding tank serving a maintenance building at the Lower Perkiomen Valley Park on New
Mill Road. (Page 32)
