OLD BUSINESS (ACTION/DISCUSSION ITEMS):
3. Receive update and public comments on the Township’s MS4 permit application package.
(The Township has published the required public notice describing its Pollution Reduction Plan, which is
available for public inspection at www.uprov-montco.org.)
4. Review 209 study proposal from the Township Traffic Engineer and consider adoption of
Resolution 2017-27, authorizing the study’s funding and inclusion in the 2017-2018 capital
budget.
NEW BUSINESS (ACTION/DISCUSSION ITEMS):
5. Consider adoption of Resolution 2017-28 to approving a preliminary subdivision plan for 49
lots on 13.31 acres located at 614 Egypt Road, Plan # 2-064 008-1101PSD
6. Consider adoption of Resolution 2017-29 approving a tentative sketch subdivision and land
development plan for SEI’s north campus at the intersection of Cider Mill Road and Upper
Indian Head Road, Plan #7-042B 001-1132(T)SD LD
7. Consider adoption of Resolution 2017-30 to allow the limited availability of alcoholic
beverages at a defined location during the September 16, 2017 Community Day festivities at
Anderson Farm Park.
