Discussion: Consideration of the Open Space Commission recommendation for a resolution which would encourage developers presenting land development plans to the township which are inclusive of parcels identified as open space on the Township Open Space Map to present their plans to the Open Space Commission for review and comment prior to appearing before the Board of Supervisors.

Discussion: Consideration of the Open Space Commission proposal to send a letter from the Open Space Commission to Parcel A’s developer stating that the OSC opposes the sketch plan for Parcel A and opposes any zoning changes because it lacks significant open space consideration.

Resolutions/Ordinances – Public Hearing must be held prior to any vote to adopt a Zoning or SALDO ordinance.
