B. Consider Staff recommendation to renew to Electricity Supply Agreement
with Constellation Energy for 49 months per the Manager’s Memorandum
of October 28, 2016.
C. Consider Staff recommendation to award 2017 chemical bids.

1. Consider Temporary Community Event application for 2016 Burn
Off the Bird 5K race and 1 mile fun run on Saturday, November 26,
2016 from 7:30 am to 12:00 noon. Recommended in Committee
3-0.
2. Consider amending the Firebird Temporary Community Event
application to allow one (1) burn barrel on Saturdays and Sundays
only from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm through November 27, 2016 with
no burn barrel being allowed on December 3rd, the day of the
event.
Recommended in Committee 3-0.

B. Policy Committee – (Dalton, Doherty. Soto)
1. Consider scheduling and advertising a Public Hearing for an
Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 15, “Motor Vehicles and Traffic”.
Recommended in Committee 3-0.
C. Police and Personnel Committee – (Doherty, Kuznar, Ewald)
1. No Action to Report.
D. Infrastructure Committee – (Ewald, Dalton, Kovaleski)
1. Consider replacing the Electric Vehicle Charging Station with funds
from the bond proceeds based on the proposal from Century Solar.
Recommended in Committee 2-0.
E. Finance Committee – (Dugan, Kuznar, Ichter, Kovaleski)
1. Consider approval of the 2016 Pre-Paid dated 9/9/2016 –
10/7/2016 in the amount of $699,164.89. Recommended in
Committee 3-0.
2. Consider approval of the 2016 Pre-Paid ACH dated 9/30/2016 in
the amount of $3,230.96. Recommended in Committee 3-0.
3. Consider Budget Increase 2016-21 of $15,000 from Water Fund
Balance to Water Pumping (Equipment Maintenance & Repair) for
replacement of pump due to complete failure of existing pump.
Recommended in Committee 3-0.
4. Consider Budget Transfer Request 2016-10 in the amount of
$6,000 from IT Communications (Copier Costs) to (Physical Line
Service) for additional physical line service fax and fire lines.
Recommended in Committee 3-0.
5. Consider Budget Transfer Request 2016-12 in the amount of
$20,000 from Police Protection (Insurance) to Legislative
(Judgement & Damages) and $19,670 from Legislative (Insurance)
to Legislative (Judgement & Damages) to charge proper GL
accounts for insurance claims. Recommended in Committee 3-0.
6. Consider Budget Transfer Request 2016-17 in the amount of
$1,500 from Recreation (natural gas) to Parks (Electric) for parks
electric overages. Recommended in Committee 3-0.
