proposing the removal of retail gas and a reconfiguration of the existing

ii. Waiver of land development for the Classic Diner.
n. Consider an extension of time for the Board to render a decision for the following
land development applications (SG):
i. 9 Malin Road/Bishop Tube Preliminary Plan until June 15 2017.
ii. Liberty Great Valley Corporate Center Phase 1 Preliminary Plan

a. 99 Church Road/APG The Valley, LP
i. Consider Resolution 17-2017 for a plan amendment proposing the
construction of 43 single family homes and the preservation of an existing
historic structure. The property is approximately 40 acres in size and is
zoned R-1 Residential.
b. Atwater Commercial
i. Consider Resolution 18-2017 for a plan amendment proposing a day
care/learning center at the former location of the proposed hotel on the
site. The property is approximately 26 acres in size and zoned O/BPS in
the Turnpike Interchange Overlay District.

i. Conditional Use Application to permit an office use in a Historical
Resource structure located at 53 Church Road in the R-1 Single Family
Residential District
b. Act 209 Land Use Assumptions Report

for the Township Transportation Impact Fee Advisory Committee, in
accordance with the PA Act 209 process.
