7. Consider request from Montgomery County to utilize a holding tank to serve sanitary sewer
facilities in the Lower Perkiomen Valley Park.
8. Consider accepting dedication of right of way, sanitary sewer easements and mains and open
space associated with Toll Brothers’ Regency Hills Development and accepting the
developer’s 18-month maintenance bond.
9. Consider authorizing a final improvement escrow release for Toll Brothers’ Regency Hills
Development.
10. Consider advertising a public hearing to review a request filed by Providence Business Park
3, LLC to apply the Institutional Zoning District to a Hollow Road parcel.
