1. Public Work Session: 6:30 to 7:00 p.m.
2. Call to Order: 7:00 p.m.

3. Announcements:
? The Township hosted a Blood Drive on Tuesday, July 18th. We want to thank all of
those who came out to donate and the Red Cross for asking us to host. We hope to
host more in the future.
? The Township offices will be closed on Monday, September 4th in observance of
Labor Day.
? Chester County Household Hazardous Waste Event: Oxford School District
Administrative Building, 125 Bell Tower Lane, Oxford, PA. Saturday, September 9th
9am to 3pm. Proof of residency may be required. No Electronics Will be Accepted -
for acceptable items go to
? Executive Sessions were held on July 12 (post meeting), July 27 at 3:30pm and
August 8 at 4pm.

Plans (SG):
h. Consider Resolution 41-2017 for the proposed subdivision plan located at 6
Frame Avenue to divide one lot into two. No building is proposed on the new lot.
The property is split zoned between the R-2 Residential and the VMX Village
Mixed Use District.

i. Consider Resolution 42-2017 for a proposed construction of a 19,054 sf ALDI
grocery store at 11 Matthews Road, with associated parking and stormwater
improvements. The property is zoned O/BPS Office Business Park Services and is
approximately 2.9 acres in size.

a. Public Hearing to consider adoption of an ordinance amending sections §200-14
and §200-55 of the Township Zoning Ordinance regulating Definitions and Flood
Hazards Districts
