for the use, from the front yard setback and stream bank setback to
construct a single family detached dwelling
i. Consider waiver of Land Development for the following projects (SG):
8. Plans (SG):
a. Vanguard Malvern West Expansion: Land development plan proposing the
construction of two new office buildings at the Vanguard Malvern West Campus.
Proposed 240,000 sf of new office space on the campus, as well as additional
surface parking and pedestrian facilities.
b. Swedesford 66 Final Plan: Final plan submission for the proposed construction of
66 townhomes located off of Swedesford Road. The property is zoned RMH
Medium High Density residential and is approximately 15.6 acres in size.
c. LIDL Preliminary/Final Plan: Proposed 35,962 sf grocery store with associated
parking and stormwater improvements. The property is zoned FC Frontage
Commercial and is approximately 5.18 acres in size.

a. Approval of the August 9, 2017 and September 6, 2017 Meeting Minutes (JN)
b. Ratification of a Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Philadelphia (as
sponsoring agency PA Task Force One of the National Urban Search and Rescue
Response System and East Whiteland Township (as a participating agency)
originally executed July 11, 2014 (JN)

? Executive Session(s) were held on August 9 (post meeting) and August 15 at 4pm.
? The annual bulk trash pickup will take place with curbside pickup on October 4th

and drop off at the new Public Works Facility, 215 Conestoga Road on Saturday
October 8th from 7am-2pm. Please see the Township website for additional
information.
? Main Line Airport Marker Dedication - East Whiteland Township, RICOH USA Inc.,
and the Tredyffrin Easttown Historical Society, with the invaluable help of many
individual financial supporters, will hold a dedication ceremony for a new historical
marker honoring the legacy of the Main Line Airport, which stood for over 50 years
on what is today occupied by the Great Valley Corporate Center, in Malvern, PA.
This dedication will be held within the Great Valley Corporate Center on the campus
of RICOH USA Inc. at 70 Valley Stream Parkway, near the intersection of Valley
Stream Parkway and Swedesford Road on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 2:00 pm. All
are welcome.
