5. Consider adoption of Resolution 2017-35 to approve a tentative sketch plan for a four-lot
subdivision at 615 Port Providence Road. Application filed by Catskill Farms, Inc., Plan 2-060
017-1133 (T)SD.
6. Consider adoption of Resolution 2017-36 to approve a preliminary land development plan for a
new Starbucks located on the southeast corner of Egypt Road and Mill Road. Application filed

7. Consider adoption of Resolution 2017-37 allowing future participation in PennDOT’s master
agreement for casting adjustments.
8. Consider adoption of Resolution 2017-38 to approve a preliminary subdivision plan for 3-lot

9. Consider adoption of Ordinance 567 for the collection of delinquent real estate taxes.
10. Review specifications and consider authorizing early procurement for a new ambulance to be
located at the Black Rock municipal campus.
11. Begin deliberations on the selection process for an EMS service provider to operate the new
Township ambulance.
12. Consider scheduling a date and time for a public hearing to consider a text amendment to
Chapter 182 (Zoning), creating a new subsection, Residential Use Group-3, (Proposed hearing
date is December 4, 2017)
